Energy Systems in Transition
The energy transition requires that technical sciences, social sciences and the humanities work together. We aim to train energy professionals with an integrated understanding to become experts in the front line of the energy transition.
In ENSYSTRA all researchers will intensively interact with each other through joint research.Each PhD will be trained in state-of-the-art science in each of the relevant fields of energy system analysis.

Project launch in April
The ENSYSTRA partners recieved promising applications for all 15 ESR positions in the last two months. Currently, the Advisory Committees are considering eligible candidates in order to recruit excellent candidates.

Following up on the programme’s kick-off early November, 2017 the date fort he next step, the official project launch was confirmed. From 16 – 20 April, 2018 the launch will take place at Zernike Campus Groningen.
